I'm looking at it a little bit right now, besides the build scripts is there anything major that's Linux only?

Besides build scripts,

• Infinity's own code, after some adaptations, should be able to run under Windows.
• some third-party code/library relied by Infinity , need to check if it can run under Windows as well.
