Describe the bug
RTL column resize on enterprise adjusts to the left while dragging the right side of the column header.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to test-column-resize-issue2.html] (http://localhost:4000/components/datagrid/test-column-resize-issue2.html)
  2. Add Soho.Locale.set('ar-AR') or use html attached and overwrite existing file: test-column-resize-issue2.zip
  3. Resize Columns
  4. See behavior:
    RTLColumnWidthIssue

Expected behavior
Something like how WC does it:
RTLColumnWidthAdjustWC
