Calendar: Event end times changed to 8pm in the Day view

Describe the bug
When I add a new event in any of the views (Month, Week, Day) that is not an All Day event, meaning includes a start and end time, the end time is changed to, and shown as 8pm in the GUI of Day view. If I click on the event to show the event details modal, it shows the correct time.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'calendar/example-index'
2. Click on the Add button in the upper right
3. Enter a new event that is not an All Day event, and includes a start and end time in the same day (Events using the API are noted)
4. For my screenshots I entered the data given below in the "Additional Context"
5. View the event data in all three views and compare the entered data to what is shown.
6. Also note the one event (F) in the Week and Day view that shows a 8:39AM start time instead of 8:40AM

Expected behavior
I expect the Day view to show event details the same way as the Month and Week views, only larger.

FYI-I do not have access to a "live" calendar component to test these bugs with. They are only what I am seeing on the Infor Design website.
