prove -lv tests/

Files=31, Tests=0,  1 wallclock secs ( 0.15 usr  0.06 sys +  0.41 cusr  0.21 csys =  0.83 CPU)
Result: FAIL

Really unclear how to actually hack on this.

Ugh. I keep gettingblocked on anything that uses Template::Toolkit because its tests are broken.
