+A first draft of a model of the core system parameters:

+  - Traffic spike tolerance coming either from the protocol or network level.
+  - EB/voting overhead.
+  - The relation of IB rate to IB size and available bandwidth.

+  - Bandwith
+  - IB size

+What the model shows is that even with conservative bandwith numbers, if IBs are of similar size as current Praos blocks, the IB rate is going to be a lot more than 1 per second.
