List of all tests : Must

As a tool user, I want to be able to see a complete list of the tests that are being run under the form of a test tree.
This format should be compatible with being picked up by a IDE extension (e.g. VSCode)

A/C

• All the predefined tests are listed (e.g. DoubleSatisfaction)
• All the user-defined tests are listed (e.g. unit tests, PBT)
• All the tests are listed in a JSON file (TBC)
• All the tests are listed as a test tree as defined by the user
