Fedora is good for intermediate and advanced users alike.

I can see why you would put fedora in beginner, but it is also flexible enough to also be considered good for intermediate and even advanced users. I think that it should be put in all 3 tiers, unlike for example Ubuntu who's sole focus is beginners, while fedora targets the developer and more experienced user as well.
