Laser Card (Debit Card)

I have heard from customers ringing me that they are having problems putting through their laser card - I think the problem lies with the CVV Number as a lot of Laser cards don't actually have them although later ones do - In the back end if you select CVV Required to cater for anti fraud on credit cards - causes the non cvv laser cards to fail the checkout processes

If there was a way to cater for this I would very much appreciated
