livechat module not working. #52

Hi there,

Since i bought the live chat module it is not working as advertised.

When i enable the live chat module and go to the chat menu in the back-end, I would change "my status" to online.

This works for only 5-10 seconds and change itself back to offline.

Can you help resolve this problem?
