In addition to IEEE 1588-2019,
libptpmgmt implement LinuxPTP specific management TLVs.
The following table specify the libptpmgmt version that
support each LinuxPTP version.
Note that libptpmgmt version 1.3 support AUTHENTICATION TLV.
