FlexRAN + BBDev issue

Hi,
I'm trying to use flexRAN SDK to run the BBDev DPDK examples but
it seems that flexRAN it is not running/available for DPDK. Hence, BBDev is
showing:

• "Device 0 (baseband_turbo_sw) does not support specified capabilities"
• "No suitable devices found!"

I have been following the README.md together with the information provided by
DPDK.

Any ideas/suggestions about how to solve it?
