Duplicates in the recommendation of creators

This issue can be found in both Alexa Skill as well as Google Action. Steps to reproduce the issue-
Alexa Skill

1. Ask Internet Archive
2. Select Live Concerts
3. You'll see "the Grateful Dead" twice in the recommendation.

Google Action

1. Talk to Internet Archive
2. Select Live Concerts
3. You'll see "the Grateful Dead" twice in the recommendation.

One method which I am working to solve this issue is to display only some of the creators by hard-coding them because we do not need to show all the creators at once. So hard-coding the suggestions can easily solve this issue.
