Investigate OLAuthenticationError being thrown on account creation

Problem

Sometimes, when a patron is creating a new Open Library account, the xauthn account creation call is unsuccessful and this code is executed. Such cases are recorded in Sentry. Unfortunately, the value of the xauthn response does not appear in Sentry, so there isn't an easy way to determine what is happening when these failures occur.
