The adapter in this repository takes sixteen 3V3 logic level input signals, converts them to 5V and outputs them on four RJ-45 sockets, four signals per socket, one signal per twisted pair of an off-the-shelf CAT-5 ethernet cable. Eight additional inputs can switch the RJ-45 sockets' LEDs on and off.
