Add a report showing Messages sent by contact groups

Include a report showing messages sent by contact groups. This is mostly due to the issue of being able to identify if a particular contact group e.g. CHVs received messages.

@lkwirica Is this not currently possible with using the contact group filter on the flow run breakdown and message sending breakdown reports?
