The SQLAlchemy-Utils module should be provided by invenio-db and doesn't need to be included here. Currently, the issue is that when removing the pin, the installed version of SQLAlchemy-Utils does not respect the boundaries set in invenio-db.
Causing Travis to fail for the release requirements.
