Admin: Vocabulary management - import, update, jobs

Goal

Allow administrators to upload and update new vocabularies in InvenioRDM (e.g. a list of university departments), and allow custom fields to auto-complete from these vocabularies.

Allow interlinking of records (bibliographic with license, grant, organisation, funder, grant) including integration in the deposit form.

Tasks

• APIs:
  • REST APIs to import data into generic vocabularies (e.g. upload file to bucket and run an import job).
• Config:
  • Allow custom fields to configure which generic vocabularies they should come from
• Backend:
  • Add support for record relations in custom fields.
• Deposit form:
  • Allow custom fields to support auto-completion from generic vocabularies.
