Wish from the moderators: Set the checkbox "Edit first post afterwards" for mod actions by default.
As supporters do not necessarily have edit rights in the destination forum, my idea is to only set this if the user has some global moderation permission (or mod rights at the destination forum - which needs to be done in the client).

IMO: Just check the checkbox by default in the form and "uncheck" it in clean() of the form, if permissions are missing, as then the target forum is known. Also an message could be shown, if it was unchecked by Inyoka due to missing permissions. Needs no JS on client-side.
