Naja, es ist eigentlich nicht ganz konform, ist aber on-purpose so damals entwickelt worden und wäre jetzt ziemlich breaking, da das setzen einer number tatsächlich einen Sinn hat:

Set 'Instance.Hub_Name.Device_Name.command' to a number x to send command for x milliseconds. A value smaller than 250 probably will send the command only once. After sending the state will be set to 0 again.

Wenn dann würde ich sagen, sollten die States keine Buttons mehr sein, was allerdings die User auch verwirren wird. Muss man sich mal in einer Breaking Version anschauen.
