v2.0.6

What operating system and processor architecture are you using?

macOS

What did you do? If possible, provide a recipe for reproducing the error.

send action by eth_sendRawTransaction successfully

What did you expect to see?

confirmed

What did you see instead?

pending all the time

fail to broadcast should be caused by non-graceful exiting
