Allow ioctl interaction with the currently selected environment

The output panel shows a command line at the bottom that seems to not have any use by now:

Would it be possible to use it as an "ioctl command line" when Javascript VM is selected as the deployment environment to directly interact with it (e.g. create accounts, check balance, etc...)?
