It would be necessary some kind of internal protection like default way proxying IPFS users each other on the internal network. The content providers are not protected by anything and those who download something redistribute the content. Protecting identity of users, protecting attacks by hiding the content owners and users IP not working on the network. The are garlic routing, onion routing, On similar networks Tribler, ZeroNet, I2P, Freenet, TOR, Lokinet, there is no such problem. All users are protected by internal proxy networks. There is not even an optional option for this on this network. Users can be fully tracked and attacked based on IP address and they can be threatened and blackmailed this way.
