The are garlic routing, onion routing, On similar networks Tribler, ZeroNet, I2P, Freenet, TOR, Lokinet, there is no such problem. All users are protected by internal proxy networks. There is not even an optional option for this on this network. Users can be fully tracked and attacked based on IP address and they can be threatened and blackmailed this way.
