Misuse of the word "hacker" #13

In the page https://www.irchelp.org/security/notcool.html, the word "hacker" is misused. Hacker doesn't mean security breaker, it means creative playfulness. Hacking is not necessarily associated with computer. Please see https://stallman.org/articles/on-hacking.html. The word "cracker" is appropriate.
