From efnet.org's page about CHANFFIX, there is a link to https://www.irchelp.org/irchelp/ircd/opermyth.html, which no longer exists. It clearly used to exist however: http://web.archive.org/web/20170929014955/http://www2.irchelp.org:80/irchelp/ircd/opermyth.html
