For now, we could implement viewing tickets on the ZMT. Something like iquest "SELECT TICKET_TYPE, TICKET_USER_ID, TICKET_STRING, TICKET_OBJECT_TYPE" through the /query endpoint would work. We can then populate this into a table on a new page.

a listing is first, agreed.

and would also need to be able to 'filter'/'search' like the other things ZMT can see/manage.
