I have a "Clevo NH57AF1" with a Ryzen 3700x.
I use Zenstates to underclock and undervolt my CPU.
I have stresstested the clock/voltage combination i use and everything is perfectly stable at idle and under load. No issues at all.
I get that message at every boot even tho i shut down my PC via Windows startmenu every time.

I'm encountering the same issue on a Clevo NH58AF1 system (same B450 motherboard as above) with a Ryzen 3950x, latest BIOS and EC firmware. Zenstates reports a "Last shutdown was not clean" message on every restart despite a stable undervolt.
This could be an issue specific to the motherboard, I'm going to ask some other owners if they report the same issues.
Unfortunately I don't have plans to support the old inherited version.
You can try the test version of the new app, although it lacks most of the features at the moment. You won't be able to use the auto-load feature though, but it's in the plans.
if your device is Clevo laptop,
1, try uninstall all Clevo softwares like control center, Fn hotkey, Flexikey, etc
2, turn off the "Control Center Hotkey service" service and ban it
I don't know why but these actually works, maybe they are incompatible
