migrat/update active addon: RedirectionTool 1.4.1

This addon is currently active in our 4.3 build and heavily used across the site. We need its functionality, and all the existing redirects currently in the database, brought forward to 5.1

The redirection features are included in core Plone in 5.2, and the add-on, which provides the editing UI, has a Python 3 compatible branch which we can pin.

@alecpm is this something we should do as part of the 5.1 migration, or (since Python 3 is involved) wait until we go to 5.2 and python 3?

I think we’ll be updating our version pin to a repo source/branch when we start the python 3 process. Worth keeping this ticket open, but won’t be useful before then.
