"Add" a tab-panel leads to creating empty entries.

In many MODS forms, the button to create a new tabpanel is “Add” (e.g. for names). Most users click this thinking they are saving the data they just entered. Using the FieldPanel/FieldPane setup provided by islandora_form_fieldpanel (currently in need of work) is one solution, but perhaps the default “Add” button should read “Add additional fields”.
