Describe the problem
There are some SkeletonLoaders which are not necessary or do not reflect the appearance as it looks when loaded.

Praktikumsplätze View:
- Button "Hinzufügen" does not need to be loaded
- The SkeletonLoader for the PraktikumsplätzeList doesnt show up always
Praktikumsplätze Meldung Form:
- The entire form is loaded as the Ausbildungsleitung, although only one selector is actually loaded
- Button "Speichern" does not need to be loaded
Nachwuchskräfte View does not even got an loader
