AuthnRequest Signature validation failure - value: unable to load key file

Non riesco a risolvere questo errore, a qualcuno è capitato?
Ho provato a generare più volte i certificati, ripetere l'installazione in un ambiente diverso, ricontrollare tutti i percorsi dei file e i vari permessi.
