Installed Chatterbot But Can Not Find On My Server

I have installed chatterbot using your instructions and CMD says it has been installed correctly. How I am not sure how to run this and can not find it on my server?

Well basically I jut want to be able to run the program so need to find where it has been installed on my VPS server. I can not find any installation file.
