Brief

Currently, there are no tests for the client
We are using react on the front end and we first need integration tests at the least.

Requirements

Set up testing for the client app (react). This will include adding scripts, fixtures, and also mock server for mocking APIs.
Create a GitHub workflow to run the tests on every PR.
