Make ObjectController (and FollowCamera?) frame independent #2

ObjectController doesn't use the clock's delta because of some stuttering (most likely because of the cheap inertia model). The FollowCamera doesn't use that, either. It probably should.

Figure out a way to make this frame independent and to avoid stuttering
