大佬您好
已经完成翻译繁体中文版本
https://github.com/SAOJSM/gd-utils
目前採用下方专案的IBM+TG机器人方式部属
https://github.com/artxia/IBM-gd-utils
正常来说换掉submodule及对应网址后应该部属出来是繁体中文的
但部属出来还是原本的简体中文
请大佬协助看下翻译的repo哪裡出了问题
导致这个情况
