scf is marked as x8/alu. According to the Pan Docs is it a CPU-Control command.

Also I believe ccf should also be CPU-Control command.

categorizations are admittedly somewhat arbitrary. Funnily enough, every opcode table I've seen- since all time- has been categorizing them as ALU instructions.

That isn't to say this is wrong, categorizations are somewhat arbitrary...
