A way to get LastInsertId()?

Is there a way to get the id of the value just inserted? Something like LastInsertId(). There's often times when I need to create a DB row and then immediately retrieve it. Looking through the docs and not seeing a way to do this.

Use QueryRow() with a RETURNING clause in the query.
