在Edge和Chrome（均为当前时间的最新版），使用鼠标滚轮滚动，会有很强的顿挫感，但firefox则症状较轻。
在关闭了Edge特性Microsoft Edge scrolling personality （edge平滑滚动）后，情况得以解决。烦请作者予以排查
