Get the latest CMake

• The minimum CMake version for Unity build is 3.12
• Follow instructions on https://apt.kitware.com

Run CMake with riscv toolchain

cmake . -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=./riscv.toolchain.cmake
