I seen you use this library in few projects. What is it for?

It's kind of like a core/utility/standard library. As you say, I use it in a few projects. It contains common functionality that can be used by any application or library. It builds both on top of Tango and Phobos. Yeah, I could add a readme. I haven't done so because I haven't "officially" released the library in any form.
