Is there anything I need to do, like a service to restart, so the changes are taken in consideration? One example where I have issue is when I enable accessibility for an app that is already in (I didn't try the rest yet). The command works without error, and if I go into the security preferences, I see the checkbox checked, but it's like it is not really enable. The new security option for the app won't work until I do it manually, which means unchecking and checking again the checkbox. So it looks like it's working in the interface in preferences of security, but it does not. Any ideas? I'm happy to share a screen recording or do more tests.

I'm on macOS Montery 12.0.1 build 21A559 on M1

I haven't tried on Monterey yet. Can you install the latest version and run the --digest flag

I'm using the v1.2.11, this is what I get when running  sudo tccutil --digest: 3d1c2a0e97
