Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Not applicable

What is your ideal solution to the problem?

A bass-boost command would enhance the listening experience of those who like to play metal, dubstep or rock

How would this feature be used?

There are two variations in which this feature could be installed:

Simple form (toggle on/off)
!Bass-boosting

Elaborated form (percentage)
!Bass-boosting [0-100]

Additional Info

Only the DJ and higher can use this command.
The Bass-boost modification resets after the bot has left the channel
This means that the default is no bass-boost (when the bot joins a channel)

The request may seem similar to request #475 but I put emphasis on an increase of the undertones only.

My car stereo has a very fancy EQ, but it also has an "Easy EQ" mode which just separates it down to Low/Mid/High adjustment. If low adjustment is implemented, I would imagine it would be trivial to do the other two bands as well, and make the values go from -100 to 100 (or -10 to 10), so you can also decrease, so a slightly nicer sounding method of bass boosting is to lower the mids and highs and increase the overall volume - you get less distortion that way. Would be great if you listen to podcasts in your Discord (we do occasionally) as some recordings benefit from finer audio adjustment.
