Root jobs turn the downloaded files into root files. Instead of hacking that, ran as a user cron, only to find out the unit file isn't accessible - but apparently user unit files are a thing which should make this perfect and as permission limited as possible for now 😄
Edit: Like all things with system administration, this sucks a lot, and systemd user space may not be an option ("Failed to connect to bus"? bro). Lets consider PM2 or something always-on, bonus points for rollback opportunities
