Add composer-lock-diff

What's with composer-lock-diff, would this be a candidate to add to this project?

@dkarlovi I suspect composer maintainers want less code to maintain rather than more. That's why the extension system exists :)

Sure, but IMO this seems like a core feature, especially since there's a very similar feature outdated AND they themselves implemented the same feature in Private Packagist, they obviously recognize the value here. 👼
