Reference to "Custom CSS" option which does not exist #62

The documentation refers to an option "Custom CSS" which does not exist in Obsidian 1.0.3, perhaps existing in previous version:

Open Obsidian and go to the 'Appearance' tab. Ensure that the 'Base mode' setting is set to Dark mode and that 'Custom CSS' is turned on.

Can you update please?
