Describe the idea you'd like

semantic-release を追加する。
現在のrelease用workflowを置き換え。

設定を package.json に記述する説明が各所でなされているが、 .releaserc.js とか .releaserc.json を配置しても読み込めるらしい。

バージョンが 0.x.x だと使えないっぽいので、バージョンを 1.x.x に上げたときに検討。
