Hi,

I was trying your example and the key combo Ctrl + Alt + Arrow rotates the screen in Windows 8 with Chrome (at least, I haven't tested it on another browser/OS).

Hope it helps!

To add up on the key constrains, Ctrl + Alt + Arrow on Ubuntu is the default shortcut to change workspaces

Hi,One more reason for this is that the graphic Controller also has shortcut keys, which make thescreen to rotate specially Intel graphic controller it has a shortcut key ctrl+Alttarrow, that will make the screen to rotate.
