Update user preferences

There is currently no user profile page, so it is not currently possible through the website for users to see the settings they have chosen. The user should be able to update their account details and language preference, which will require:

1. Creating a /profile page to display user details
2. Allowing these details to be editable
3. Updating the navigation menu and routes to include links to the profile page, which should be where logout currently is, and the logout button can be moved to the profile page.
