Ipad Air :- Background image gets hidden when combo box is clicked.

Environment : iPad Air/iPad Mini - Safari

I am using vegas plugin on a page where long content is there, i.e. scroll comes on the page. At the end of my page, i have an HTML form with text boxes, combo boxes, and a submit button.

When I click on the combo box to select some value, background image gets hidden. After selecting the value from combo, background image is displayed again.

i have attached below two images for your reference.

What's a "combo box"? Doesn't sound like a regular input field. Did you mean a date input field?

Aside of that: Looks like a browser bug to me. Which iOS version with which Safari version?

Apparently (esp. the mobile) Safari has continued to have a wagonload of issues with position: fixed and related features. I shouldnt wonder if its another one of those.

By Combo box i meant "select" input field.

IOS version is : 8.1 (12B410)
model is : MD785HN/A
For Safari version : Its part of IOS device only.

This issue is happening in IPAD AIR/ IPAD Mini 1.

Note: With vegas version 1.0, this issue was happening for "text" input fields too.
If this gives you a hint to solve this issue.

I'm having a similar issue that is probably related. On my mobile device (iPhone 5), if I scroll down the page and then click in a text input (email field), the screen zooms in a bit to accommodate the mobile keyboard. Everything seems to work fine, unless I scroll back up the page while still maintaining the cursor in the input field.

If I do that, eventually I reach a point where the background image is blank up to the top of the page (the background image still displays below this breaking point). The breaking point seems to be the location that was at the top of the page immediately before I originally clicked into the input field. This happens in safari and chrome on my iphone.

Anyways, I'm new to vegas and haven't had a chance to dig into this and may not, but I thought I'd flag this in case it helps someone who tries to solve.
