  1. factor our lighttouch keys  flute#157
  2. turn into a library, merge with Lighttouch, & use common Speakeasy CLI mechanism file-witness#6
  3. Merge keygen, sign, and verify into one file-witness#8
  4. aside: file encryption tool file-witness#11
