Using ClipLidarToPolygon (wbt_for_Qgis) with iteration over vector features causes stack overflow

I've been trying to clip a single (~2 GB) LAS file with a polygon vector layer containing 1401 features iteratively for each feature (the option available through wbt_for_Qgis). Only the first clip is performed. After that the Qgis crashes.
I tried doing the same thing using WbRunner but thre is no option for iterative clipping.
